If you are based in an office or workshop, your Area Team will inform you of any safety procedures which apply. Some general safety guidelines include:

		Ensure you are familiar with the procedures for fire protection and evacuation
		Ensure you familiar with the procedures for reporting accidents and near misses
		Follow any safety instructions or guidelines given to you by English Nature staff
		Take care of your posture and eyes whilst using a computer - take regular breaks away from your screen and ensure that you sit in a comfortable position
		Operate a suitable lone working system if you are alone in an office or workshop
		Do not operate any office machinery or equipment unless you have been given clear instructions and/or training on its safe use
