2. The high resolution images are only available to registered users, and have been supplied to you subject to copyright protection under the Copyright Designs and Patents Act 1988 (see How to register).

You may re-use the image(s) free of charge for the purposes of research for non-commercial purposes, private study, criticism, review and news reporting, English Nature and the photographer must be acknowledged wherever used. Where possible, a credit to the Photographer and English Nature should appear alongside the image - for example "Peter Wakely/English Nature". Where this is not possible for design reasons, a general statement acknowledging the source such as "Photograph Copyright English Nature" should appear in a suitable place.
